Dr. Fierman has served in administrative roles for more than 25 years in private, public and non-profit settings. He has served in collaborative leadership roles in public and higher education environments, healthcare institutions and systems, private corporations and governmental agencies.

As a senior executive, Ben has had responsibility for strategic planning, business development, facility development, operations, marketing, advertising and public relations. Dr. Fierman has created and managed several health care facilities as well as a variety of collaborative multi-disciplinary projects involving physicians and health care organizations, education providers, municipalities and private business. He has created and led many collaborations uniting the interests of school systems, healthcare systems, businesses and communities.

Dr. Fierman has taught on the faculty at John Carroll University and Case Western Reserve University College of Medicine, as well as guest lectured at Malone College, Walsh University and Northeast Ohio Universities College of Medicine.
